About us
We work in equal partnership, not extraction
We work in equal partnership with institutions that share our belief in building leadership capability together, not extracting it. These long-term collaborations extend the work of the Centre beyond any single engagement — places where we work alongside others to build leadership capability, create new approaches and strengthen the infrastructure needed for change at scale.
Our collaborations
Three partnerships anchor this work: the McMaster Health Leadership Academy, the North American Centre for Integrated Care (NACIC) at the University of Toronto, and the International Foundation for Integrated Care (IFIC). Together, they connect leadership development, integrated care, population health and large-scale change — creating pathways for ideas to move into practice, for learning to travel across boundaries, and for leaders to build the relationships and capabilities required to transform systems.

Connecting the work
It will be created in the space between us
While each of these collaborations has its own mandate, we see them as part of something larger. Leadership development cannot be separated from system transformation. Integrated care cannot be achieved without collaborative leadership. And large-scale change cannot happen without creating the enabling conditions that allow people and organisations to move beyond traditional boundaries and act together.
Our role across these collaborations is to help create that connective tissue. We connect people, ideas, practice and possibility. We build capability. We create spaces where different perspectives can come together. And we help turn collaboration from an aspiration into a way of working.
Because the transformation our systems require will not be created by any one organisation, institution or leader. It will be created in the space between us.
