The School for Systems Collaboration is a place to learn, practise and build the capabilities required to lead change in complexity. Grounded in the belief that connection is the correction, the School develops the mindsets, behaviours and practices that make collaboration possible — not as an activity, but as a new way of working.
Through experiential learning, applied practice and real-world challenges, we build the capacity to hold the space between people, organisations and sectors, create the enabling conditions for collective leadership, and mobilise large-scale change around outcomes no one organisation can achieve alone.
