We work in the space in between and in equal partnership with those that share our belief in building leadership capability together. Through creating the enabling conditions for change to emerge, these long-term collaborations extend the work of the Centre beyond any single engagement — places where we work alongside others to build leadership capability, create new approaches and strengthen the infrastructure needed for change at scale.
Part of an ecosystem
Sharing knowledge, relationships, learning and practice
The Centre works inside a wider ecosystem of initiatives and organisations. What these relationships make possible is the movement of knowledge, relationships, learning and practice across spaces that would otherwise stay separate.
We bring our thinking and experience into these broader networks, and are continually informed by what is emerging and being learned across them. The exchange runs both ways. It is why the work does not stop at the edge of any single engagement.
Affiliations
The Centre holds formal affiliations with three organisations. Each has its own mandate and its own work; the connection is what lets learning travel between us.
