ICIC27 - 27th International Conference on Integrated Care

From Integration to Impact - Delivering better outcomes through data, coordination and population health, invites participants to examine how better data, stronger coordination, digital innovation and population health approaches can support more proactive, equitable and sustainable care. Across the programme, ICIC27 will focus on how integrated care can improve outcomes, strengthen resilience and create better value across health, social care, public health and community systems.

The call for papers will open September 14, 2026 and remain open until October 31, 2026.
